INSEG Cooperative (Inseg Kyodo Kumiai) is a cooperative consisting of members from different industries that support the mutual development of member companies through cooperative projects such as joint purchasing and holding study sessions.

Our union has the effects of revitalizing the workplaces of member companies, fostering an international perspective for employees as a preliminary step to the internationalized society of upcoming services, and participating in international contributions as a company that is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises alone. Expecting, we have prepared activities to accept excellent human resources from foreign countries using the technical intern training system, but the idea and system are recognized, and the business as a supervising organization is carried out by the Organization for Technical Intern Training for Foreigners. I got permission.
​ Going forward, we will continue to focus on pre-education of Japanese language, attitudes and manners, comply with laws and regulations, and support smooth acceptance of technical intern trainees. We aim to be a union that "connects" foreign countries and Japan.

Based on the experience cultivated through the business that the union members are good at, such as the language learning business, we are gradually accepting human resources from overseas such as China, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
In the future, we will continue to build on our track record as a supervising organization, and propose it as one of the proactive ways to revitalize the workplace by resolving the problems of human resource development and business stagnation at your business site.
